  8:00 am - 12:00 pm Acceptance Testing for Water-Based Fire Protection Systems

  This presentation will detail the requirements for acceptance testing water-based fire protection systems. This presentation will specifically detail the tasks required for sprinkler systems, standpipe systems, fire pumps, and private fire service mains. In addition to the acceptance tests, closeout documentation and signage will be discussed.

  1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems

  This seminar details the requirements for the inspections, testing, and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems. This seminar will summarize the layout and significant provisions of the NFPA 25, Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-based Fire Protection Systems. The content will include the identification of noncritical and critical deficiencies, emergency and preplanned impairments. Specific topics will consist of the ITM of sprinkler systems, common components, valves, private fire service mains, standpipe, hose systems, and fire pumps.
